CUSTOM PLASTISOL FORMULATIONS

Since 1972, Lakeside Plastics, Inc. has been a leading provider of custom plastisol formulations for customers in a range of industries. Our experts offer individual consultations to create solutions specific to customer demands, with customizable color, texture, and finish options. Other properties incorporated into our formulas include dielectric strength, resistance to weather, abrasion, chemical attack, fire, and UV light. Our plastisols are custom formulated for dip coating, rotational molding, slush molding, open form molding and knife coating. Available physical property ranges include but are not limited to tensile strength from 750 to 3000 psi; elongation capabilities of 100% to 500%; 10 to 97 Shore A hardness; and viscosity levels between 250 to 50,000 cps using the Brookfield Viscometer. We handle volumes from 5 gallons to the truckload, with weights per gallon varying from 8.5 to 13 pounds.
